LEADERSHIP
Mark Arvé offers more than twenty years of commercial real estate appraisal experience across Texas, Oklahoma, California, and nearby states. He has personally signed and supervised valuations for assets that range from single tenant industrial facilities to institutional grade properties valued well into the nine-figures. Mark holds Certified General Appraiser licenses in Texas, Oklahoma, and California, and he has earned four respected designations: MAI, AI GRS, CCIM, and ASA. Each credential reflects rigorous peer review and a commitment to continual professional education.
In addition to client work, Mark advances the profession through service on the board of directors for the North Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and the national Real Property Committee of the American Society of Appraisers. He has also chaired education programs for the North Texas Chapter, helping shape coursework and mentor future practitioners.
Mentorship remains a cornerstone of Mark’s career. He has guided more than a dozen trainees to state certification and completion of the MAI designation, underscoring his belief that strong ethics, thorough research, and disciplined analysis form the foundation of lasting success in commercial real estate valuation.
